ITEM 107-1002-R0500       Miscellaneous Renovations, Dining Services; The University of Montana-Missoula

 

THAT:                                    Consistent with the provisions of MCA 18-2-102, the Board of Regents of the Montana University System authorizes The University of Montana-Missoula to imple­ment steps necessary to undertake miscellaneous renovation projects for Dining Services.  Auxiliary Reserves will fund these projects, at an estimated cost of $400,000.

 

EXPLANATION:                  These miscellaneous renovation projects will include interior finishes and lighting replacement, food service equipment and miscellaneous general construction.  Affected facilities include:

 

·        Treasure State Dining Room:  $250,000 to replace finishes and light fixtures;

 

·        Mama Zoola’s:  $75,000 for general construction/ renovation to change menu from pizzaria to coffee shop; and the

 

·        University Center First Floor:  $75,000 for general construction of new coffee shop/deli/Asian food.
