THAT: FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY—
Montana PBS stations KUFM-TV, Missoula, and KUSM-TV, Bozeman, have applied for modifications to their existing television licenses that allow them to capture the allocated DTV channels in their cities of license. The stations have until May 2003 to activate DTV service. A proposal for State funding ($2.5 million) has been prepared for the Governor’s office for inclusion in his executive budget.
