ITEM 108-2009-R0900       Authorization to Grant a Right of Way Easement to the Three Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. on the Red Bluff Research Ranch, Madison County; Montana State University-Bozeman

 

THAT:                                    The Board of Regents of Higher Education authorizes Montana State University to execute a Right of Way Easement with the Three Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc.

 

EXPLANATION:                  The Three Rivers Cooperative seeks an easement for its telephone equipment on the Red Bluff Research Ranch in Madison County.  The proposed Right of Way Easement is attached.  Three Rivers has agreed to pay Montana State University Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars for the easement.
