ITEM 110-2002-R0101       Authorization to Remodel Hapner Dormitory Bakery and Salad Prep Areas; Montana State University - Bozeman

 

THAT:                                    Consistent with the provisions of MCA 20-25-302, the Board of Regents of the Montana University System authorizes Montana State University - Bozeman to remodel the bakery and salad prep areas located in Hapner Dormitory at Montana State University - Bozeman.  The estimated cost for this project is $175,000.

                                                                                                           

EXPLANATION:                  1.         The bakery and salad prep areas in Hapner Dormitory provide baked goods and salad for University Food Service across campus.  The remodel allows for expansion of this food service.

 

2.         This project will be financed with funds from Auxiliary Operations Revenue (Renewal and Replacement Budget) in excess of debt service obligations.
