Section 704.2:  Labor negotiations; classified personnel  (Delete)

 

Delete this policy in its entirety.

 

Board policy:

1.   The Commissioner of Higher Education is directed to coordinate classified collective bargaining with the Department of Administration to promote uniformity of wage rates for similarly classified state employees.

 

2.   Nothing in this policy is intended to divest the Board of Regents of any of its authority under Article X, Section 9, of the Constitution of the State of Montana.
