Delete this policy in its entirety.

 

Board policy:

1.         The state pay plan shall apply to all classified employees of Montana University System.

 

2.         The Commissioner of Higher Education may, at his discretion, adopt administrative rules promulgated by the Department of Administration; however, the Commissioner should deviate from such rules where necessary to accommodate unique educational circumstances or objectives.

 

3.         This section shall not alter express rights or obligations contained in collective bargaining contracts.

 

4.         Nothing in this policy is intended to divest the Board of Regents of any of its authority under Article X, Section 9, of the Constitution of the State of Montana.
