ITEM 120-2852-R0903                Authorization to Expend Student Equipment Fees: Montana State University-Great Falls College of Technology

 

THAT:                                       Consistent with the provisions of Board of Regents Policy 940.26, the Board of Regents authorizes Montana State University-Great Falls College of Technology to expend Student Equipment Fee funds to purchase computers, software, servers, and other networking equipment. The total of these purchases will not exceed $71,000. These purchases are needed to equip classrooms and labs in the Academic Support Center.

 

EXPLANATION:                        Board of Regents Policy 940.26 requires Board approval of all purchases excess of $25,000. The Student Equipment Fee Committee membership is comprised of 50% students, as required by the Board of Regents Policy.
