504.3 - Eligibility for WICHE, WWAMI, and Minnesota Dental Programs
Effective

Board policy:
- A person is eligible
for participation in the WICHE, WWAMI, or Minnesota Dental programs if that
person:
- meets the Board's
general residency requirements at the time of filing an application as
expressed in Policy 940.1; or
- has been a resident
of the State of Montana for either 8 of the 10 years or for 12 of the
15 years immediately preceding the filing of an application, and has completed
a 12-month durational residency period immediately prior to filing an
application. Program applicants under this subsection must meet the System's
general residency standards (Policy 940.1)
during this 12-month period, except that these applicants may be full-or
part-time students during this period.
