Policy 910.1 - Community colleges
Effective November 18, 1999; Issued December 10, 1999

Board policy: 

            1.  The community college biennial and supplemental budgets shall be presented to the Board of Regents of Higher Education for consideration on forms and in a manner provided by the Commissioner of Higher Education. 

            2.         Under the authority of 20-15-312 M.C.A., the annual general fund budget shall be presented to the Board of Regents on forms and in a manner provided by the Commissioner of Higher Education.  The annual budget will be reviewed by the Board of Regents. 

            3.  Emergency budget requests must receive an approval budget amendment from the Board of Regents.
