Policy 940.19 - Listener fee; non-matriculated students
Effective November 18, 1999; Issued December 10, 1999

Board policy: 

            1.         Each president and chancellor is authorized to assess a listener fee of up to $10.00 per quarter credit hour for course attendance by individuals not regularly enrolled at the institution. 

            2.         The non-matriculated listener will not have to pay the admission or registration fees. 

            3.         The revenue derived from listener fees shall be deposited in the current operating account. 

            4.         Listeners shall be accounted for in accordance with the Registrar's Manual for Reporting Enrollment Data.
