ITEM 110-102-R0301��������� Approval of the revisions to the July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2004 Montana State Plan for Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act, 1998 

 

THAT:����������������������������������� The Board of Regents of Higher Education approve the revisions to the Montana State Plan as required by Section 122 (a) (2) (B) of the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act, 1998.� Upon approval the revisions will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of Education on or before April 15, 2001 in compliance with the Perkins legislation and within the timeframe allowed

 

EXPLANATION:����������������� As stated in Section 122 (a) State Plan. (2) Revisions, (B) each eligible agency shall, after the second year of the 5 year State plan, conduct a review of activities assisted under this title and submit any revisions of the State plan that the eligible agency determines necessary to the Secretary.� Year one of the State plan was a transitional year and is not included in the final State plan.
