THAT:����������������������������������� Consistent with the provisions of Board of Regents� Policy 940.23, the Board of Regents authorizes the Helena College of Technology to expend Student Computer Fee funds for the following project that exceeds the local approval threshold:� Purchase 30 computers to replace outdated classroom computers--$42,510.�

EXPLANATION:����������������� Board of Regents� Policy 940.23 requires Board approval of all purchases form Computer Fees funds over $25,000.� The Student Computer Fee Committee, whose membership includes students, endorses this proposal.
