THAT: The Board of Regents of Higher Education authorizes The University of Montana to retitle the Native American Studies Program to Department of Native American Studies and to retitle the unit head from Director to Chair.
EXPLANATION: Retitling will bring this unit into conformity with titles assigned to other academic units at The University of Montana offering undergraduate degrees.
