RE:   Policy 940.22, Room reserve deposit and refund schedule

This is a matter that should properly be left to the discretion of the campuses. On-campus administrators know more about the demands for dorm rooms on their own campuses, what size deposit they need, and how much should be refunded and when.

I recommend the Regents repeal this policy.
