ITEM 116-1901-R0902    Authorization to Expend Student Computer/ Equipment Fees; Helena College of Technology of The University of Montana

THAT:  In accordance with Montana University System Policy 940.23, the Board of Regents authorizes the expenditure of student computer and equipment fee money for student computer lab upgrades--40 computers (Ray Bjork and Donaldson buildings), $62,500.

 

EXPLANATION:  Board of Regents' Policy 940.23 requires Board approval of all purchases from Computer Fee funds over $25,000. The Student Computer Fee Committee, whose membership includes students, endorses this proposal.
