Proposed Revision to 504.4 - WICHE Undergraduate Student Exchange

 

 

Board policy:

 

            1.  The Commissioner of Higher Education is authorized to commit the Montana University System to participate in the WICHE Undergraduate Exchange program, if it is approved by the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education.

 

            2.  The Commissioner of Higher Education, in conjunction with the presidents or chancellorsof the units, may designate specific programs and/or levels of participation.

 

            3.  If a community college board of trustees indicates its desire to participate, the Commissioner of Higher Education shall communicate such desire to WICHE.  The Commissioner, in conjunction with a community college president, may designate specific programs and/or levels of participation, after approval of participation is authorized by the community college board of trustees.
