Proposed Revisions to 901.3 - Peter Potter Loan Trust Fund
Board policy:
1. The financial aid office at Montana College of
Mineral Science and TechnologyTech of the University of
Montana is authorized to act as the agent of the Board of Regents
of Higher Education for administering the student loans from the Potter Trust.
2. Montana College of Mineral Science
and TechnologyTech of the University of Montana shall
be reimbursed $3,000 per annum from the Potter Trust for administrative costs.
